What Ibufen gel is and what it is used for?
Ibufen gel is a gel for cutaneous application (on the skin).
Ibuprofen is an analgesic for external use that affords pain relief.
It is indicated for local symptomatic treatment of occasional muscle and
joint pain caused by minor contusions, bumps, strains, torticollis or other contractures,
mild sprains caused by a twist, and lumbago.

What Ibufen gel contains?
The active substance is ibuprofen. Each gram of Ibufen gel contains 50 mg of ibuprofen.
The other ingredients are levomenthol, carbomers, diisopropanolamine 90%,
isopropyl alcohol, glycerol (E-422) and purified water.

How to use Ibufen gel ?
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist have told you.
Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
If your think the effects of Ibufen gel are too strong or too weak, tell your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended dose in adults and adolescents aged over 12 years is 3 to 4 applications a day.
How to use Ibufen gel:
This medicine is for external cutaneous use, exclusively on unbroken skin. At first application, you can use the cap to perforate the tube.
Apply the medication gently massaging to help it penetrate, and wash your hands after each application, in order to eliminate any remaining traces of the product. Do not apply for more than 7 consecutive days.
